Dear All,
I would like to express to each of you my sincere and heartfelt gratitude for the work carried out in preparing the meeting “20 Years of Robotic Surgery at IEO – A Future Already Begun.” Without your help, your availability, and your commitment, this day would not have been possible.
Very often, what the audience sees is the stage, the scientific content, the speakers, and the discussions. But the true engine of an event is built behind the scenes, in the silent and continuous work of all the people who make every detail of the organizational machine function.
Your presence “behind the stage” was in fact one of the most important components of the entire meeting.
Ensuring that organization, communication, timing, technical support, hospitality, visuals, connections, and coordination all run smoothly at the same time requires expertise, attention, and the ability to solve problems that are often invisible to others but essential to the final outcome.
Your ideas, your readiness to help, and the practical way in which you turned every need into a concrete solution contributed significantly to the quality of the day.
And it is precisely this shared work that makes it possible to create events capable not only of delivering scientific content, but also of generating enthusiasm, participation, and a sense of belonging to the Institute.
Thank you truly for the professionalism, energy, and dedication you brought to this project.
With deep appreciation,
Angelo Maggioni
