ti scrivo perché dal carteggio credo di intuire che tutto stia procedendo per il meglio nella conclusione del nostro rapporto contrattuale.

Mi sembra doveroso ringraziarti sinceramente per la professionalità, la disponibilità e la gentilezza che hai mostrato a tutti non solo durante i mesi di preparazione all’evento e anche nel post-congresso, ma soprattutto durante le giornate congressuali.

Senza il vostro aiuto, la vostra disponibilità e il vostro impegno, questa giornata non sarebbe stata possibile. Molto spesso ciò che il pubblico vede è il palco, la parte scientifica, i relatori e le discussioni. Ma il vero motore di un evento nasce dietro le quinte, nel lavoro silenzioso e continuo di tutte le persone che fanno funzionare ogni dettaglio della macchina organizzativa. La vostra presenza “dietro il palcoscenico” è stata in realtà una delle componenti più importanti dell’intero meeting. Far funzionare contemporaneamente organizzazione, comunicazione, tempi, supporti tecnici, accoglienza, immagini, connessioni e coordinamento richiede competenza, attenzione e capacità di risolvere problemi spesso invisibili agli altri, ma essenziali per il risultato finale. Le vostre idee, la vostra disponibilità e la concretezza con cui avete trasformato ogni necessità in una soluzione reale hanno contribuito in modo determinante alla qualità della giornata. Ed è proprio questo lavoro condiviso che rende possibile costruire eventi capaci non solo di trasmettere contenuti scientifici, ma anche di creare entusiasmo, partecipazione e senso di appartenenza all’Istituto.
